Nicole is an expert in all aspects of Dutch employment law. She has a particular interest in collective labor law, restructuring and reorganisation, TUPE, and employee participation law.

In addition to litigating and resolving conflicts on behalf of employers, she represents many leading international companies and is also trained as a mediator.

In her international practice, Nicole works with companies across various sectors, including retail, hospitality and leisure, real estate, and professional services.
