Youri Vink advises Dutch and international clients on commercial real estate transactions. He has particular expertise in lease law, construction law, and the acquisition and sale of real estate, both through asset and share deals. His clients include real estate funds, developers, and institutional investors, whom he supports in navigating complex real estate matters.

Prior to joining act legal, Youri worked at a leading international law firm, advising on real estate and M&A transactions. He also gained in-house experience as founder of a venture capital-backed healthcare company.
